Delete your Crucible Fit account

You can delete your Crucible Fit account at any time. Deleting it removes your account and the workout data synced to it, and can't be undone.

Delete it in the app

Open Crucible Fit and sign in.
Go to Settings, then Account.
Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your account and synced data are deleted as soon as you confirm.

What we delete

Your account and sign-in.
Your synced workout history, programs, notes, templates, locations and settings.
Your Crux results, including your places on the boards.
The subscription record that links your account to a purchase.

What stays

Workouts stored on your phone stay there until you uninstall the app or clear its data.
Workouts shared with Apple Health or Health Connect are kept by those services. Remove them there.
Purchase records held by Apple or Google, and records we must keep for tax, fraud-prevention or legal reasons, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Crash reports and usage analytics, which aren't tied to your name or email, for up to 14 months.

Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription. Cancel it in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions, or in your Apple ID subscription settings.

Ask us to delete it

No longer have the app? Send the request below from the email address on your account. If you signed in with Apple using Hide My Email, tell us the relay address. We'll confirm by email and delete the account within 30 days.
